Something is wrong here, at stock speeds there is no way it can be idling that high, what is your ambient temp? You may also want to try reseating your heatsink. Also what are you using to check temps?

Ambient is 24ish

Using speedfan and TAT

Normally with no overclock and no load it settles to around 38 degrees

maybe you have some bad RAM, it happens, get memtest86 and run it and see how many errors it returns.
