No video card(s)??

If you only going with one or even no videocard then a 700W PSU is way too much. Save yourself some money.

And same as VulgarDisplay88: 32Gb??? 16Gb is still 'overkill' for most people

Don't see a need for 32GB of RAM. Might as well get a GPU so you can run some GPU intensive applications instead.
