'99 original dualmass flywheel and clutch changed with G60 vr6 sachs clutch good for 300Ft/Lbs+ (410Nm).. so now I got plenty of bite for upcoming chipping and / or turbo upgrade thumb.gif

I stopped for today.. Ima needing supplies! 1x dog-bone bolt, 2x ball joint bolts broke :/ but everything else has gone fairly smooth smile.gif
Check out my iffy engine support. and the so called "helpers" -_- Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

I was also working on a car this weekend. I had to pull the motor/transmission out to fix a Trickflow cylinder head that was leaking oil out of a plug. It took about 6 hours to tear it apart, fix the plug, put it back together and drive it.

Oh, it nice to see that you're still alive kpoeticg.

Thanx for the love guys =)

Sorry for droppin off the map. Just have a few other things going on and once i get in my OCN obsession, nothing else seems to matter :p

I'll never be gone for good.

My mom recently bought an Acer Iconia W700 Tablet/Slate for my ailing grandfather who didn't want anything to do with it, so she gave it to me. I'm working on turning it into my pentesting tablet, which means i gotta relearn everything i forgot about pentesting once i got obsessed with modding. Also been tryng to make some money so i can finish building TRiCLOPS finally.

I'll definitely scroll back through and check what i missed Gambi =)

Edit: Also my WRT1900AC has become a little project within itself. I tried compiling the firmware myself off the github source, but somehow the LuCi web iface didn't get compiled with it and i ended up bricking it. Then had to JTAG back in and fix it. My ADHD makes it hard for me to manage a bunch of things at the same time

Whilst we're on cars;

The Lotus Esprit V8 that my dad (and I, to some extent) had been restoring finally went for its MOT and test drive by the owner. This was a full restoration, and was in the workshop for just over a year due to part sourcing etc.

this thread is more and more about anything but a work log.

Isnt that why there are still so many folks hanging around? tongue.gif
I think it is fairly rare for a "dead" / paused build log to have this much activity, heh.

*Another off-topic
I borrowed a real camera so I can get some nice shots of my PC.. (entered in MOTM pro)
I have no experience in real cameras.. and would love some pointers so I can lure some votes my way tongue.gif

It is an Olympus E-420 and has a million settings :S should I just use "Auto" or do I get better pics by setting it up manually? and what settings do I need to play around with?
Also, for lighting, I was kinda thinking just using the RGB LEDs in my case, since that would be the most correct view of what it looks like.. but I doubt the LEDs are the best source of light :/
Sunlight is good? Hoping for some good weather tomorrow so I can get some outdoor shots smile.gif

Cheers guys! thumb.gif

*Edit
Sweet ride @wthenshaw you guys did a great job! did it pass the MOT? tongue.gif

The guy at the MOT station looked at the car and said "Is it worth me even putting it on the ramp"?

Everything is pretty much brand new on the car.
