If the description was "Refurbished" i wouldn't have been worried at all. The cheapest price i can find from a reputable seller for the lens i want is "Used Very Good" condition. I just wanted to dbl check that it meant what i assumed it did. I could care less about blemishes or whatever on the external housing as long as it doesn't affect the shots i get from it. I'm really looking forward to getting this lens. I was expecting wayyyyy too much from that macro extender.

Sweet!! That's that then, the macro extenders going out tomorrow and the 35mm is in my very near future
Now i just need to get these acrylic orders sorted out and i should be back in heavy building mode. I found a bunch of threaded inserts for plastic at McMaster. I'm thinking that THESE would be the right ones for acrylic
