Recommendation for i7-4770k non OC

Thread Starter
I read the last thread that was talking about cooling an i7-4770k and the guy picked the Noctua NH-D14. It looked like he was looking for something to keep the CPU cool even under OC conditions. I am not planning on OC'ing my processor, and would assume that because of this I wouldn't need as high-end a cooler. I don't really have a budget, but I would like to stay under $100 if I could and I am not looking to do any water cooling. I haven't picked out a case yet, but my motherboard is going to be the gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H. I'm not opposed to getting a more high end cooler, and I may in the future OC, but don't plan on doing that right away. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have a Hyper212 Evo on my server and it does an OK job while being a lot quieter than the stock one at load.
