Im wondering if running OCCT in error checking mode will tell me if my new graphics card is faulty or not. I noticed that on 2 games (Shogun 2 and Planetary Annihilation) that i get horizontal line flickering occasionally across my screen at random and it made me wonder if it was just a game issue (since Planetary Annihilation is still Beta), possibly a driver issue since i'm on 13.11 Beta, or if my graphics card is bad and needs to be RMA'ed which i REALLY don't want to do if i don't actually have too.

I have not overclocked it yet and all settings are stock. Just unsure if artifacts such as the one i described will be detected and counted as errors.
