Buggy Ntune 5.05.18.00 ??

Hi

Anybody else having trubble with the nTune 5.05 ??
I am tryingt to adjust GPU settings, but they cant be moved... If i try to enter the MCP adjustments, the thing crash

Using 97.44 GPU, 9.35 nForce

Any ideas?


OR, other software thath can tune the MCP??

Try reinstalling nTunes. Before you can adjust your clock speeds, a disclaimer should have popped up and you need to accept it. If the nVidia OCing option doesn't work... you can just use ATITool or Riva Tuner as well.

Other software to tune the MCP... the BIOS. What are you trying to adjust?

have tried to reinstall ntune (several times) no diffrence, also windows reinstall.

ATITool is ok for GPU, Bios is anoying, reboots....

Trying to adjust Bus speeds at PCI Express bus, voltages CPU & DDR manly, CPU Hz and multiplier.... basicly, everything

Didn't understand **** of RivaTune.... nothing on motherbord thath i could find

Same here, nTune sucks, that's it, many settings are blocked and no matter what you change, everything resets upon reboot. Don't use nTune to overclock your PC, it never manage to overclock my CPU because when I restart, a BIOS message tells me that my CPU speed is set incorrectly... I used to use it only to change my GPU speeds, currently doing it with the classical nvidia control panel at 600 MHz Core, and 1000 MHz Bus (2000 MHz DDR speed)

nTune is ok to test out settings in win before setting them permanent in bios. hopefully it will get better when they release the new drivers for vista

using ATITool at GPU, is nice. Running 620/1000 at the moment
