That'd especially affect users using a wireless data plan since the IPad would have to reload the tabs in Safari after not visiting that tab for a while. When you have multiple OCN tabs open, that REALLY hurts.
It's possible. We don't know yet.

All they really did was beef up the processor slightly (which is irrelevant. The cpu in the IPad 4 was plenty) and reduce the weight which while a welcome change (my IPad 4 weighed a ton!) is not compelling enough a change.
The Mini got the needed refresh but the price is way out of sync with the small tablet market.
Does it not? From what I've seen it does have very narrow bezels. Also it's substantially thinner and lighter so its footprint has definitely decreased.
To say it's only "beefed up slightly" is a bit of an understatement. It's twice as powerful -- and it's probably noticeable comparing performance between it and the 4. If much of what you do is reading books, it probably doesn't matter for you -- but for anything else, it's a very solid improvement.

They have a lot of products, so yeah they're probably going to come out month after month here and there. But it's still around 9-12 months per refresh.
