I just don't understand why anyone would pay such a premium for something that is clearly a culture trend. Apple products are the antithesis of overclock.net. No customization, no freedom, no choices.
You're really assuming a lot of things right now.
- Have you ever owned an iOS device that was jailbroken?
- Not every wants to flash nightly builds of a custom ROM everyday that some no-name dev made in their bedroom who offers so-so support.
- Trends die. If the iPad was a trend, it would have died a long time ago and not still be holding more than 80% of the tablet market share.

This fashion company is getting on my nerves as now we got more crap polluting the market space. God, I hope there is no repercussions from this crap of a new bread of "tablets".
It's like someone just insulted your mother or something. Calm down, it's just a tablet.
