No issue. Razer didn't feel the need to rewrite FW for the Cypress Encore III controller (which isn't streamlined like freescale units in multiple products). Using Synapse essentially only scales 3500 CPI as a registry downward.

Couple issues with synapse via 3.5G DA:

1) IPS speed is bottlenecked. Can be avoided if implemented scaling from alternative registry.
2) 1000hz polling rate does not work properly. Essentially 500hz with random 1k spikes.

Good to know. Does anyone have a list of peripherals that Synapse will flash the firmware? Because that was a hell of a bummer on my Nostromo. Tried to roll back to legacy and got "no razer nostromo detected" because the old legacy software doesn't recognize the new firmware.
