MSI Z77IA-E53 Water cooling

Normally don't ask questions on here, normally just trial and error but I don't want to risk any errors on this setup. I am in the process of piecing together a ITX setup for myself. I have been looking up boards etc and came across the Z77-IA E53 by MSI [ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130673 ]. I have never used such a small board and I am concerned that any backplate requirements may be an issue.

I was intending on using the corsair H50 however I cannot find any info on the MSI forums or this one on that cooler/board combination. I was wondering if anyone had used said combo or something resembling it with that board? After checking the specs and others issues with the board I decided against air cooling and figured a smaller footprint would help keep ram/pci-e slots clear.

Appreciate the help. If this is in the wrong forum section I apologize. Mods could you move if so, thanks.
