E5405 vs Q9650

Thread Starter
I have the option to exchange the motherboard, ram and CPU from my rig below for a Precision T5400 with two Intel E5405.
Is it a good deal? The memory is slower, it uses 667Mhz and the CPU is also 1Ghz slower.

What do you guys think? Thanks biggrin.gif

http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Xeon+E5405+%40+2.00GHz'

Avg CPU mark for Xeon E5405 is 2962. Multiply it by 2=5924.

My QX9650 overclocked at a mere 3.85 GHz=5930 CPU marks.

Your Q9650 OC at 4.2 GHz=6200 CPU marks.

So, no.
