Only thing I've gotten was a crash screen with multiple tiny pixels of color. Mostly light green. But it was totally my fault for mining it too hard. I knew it was gonna happen. Crashed my Nvidia cards too, so seems totally normal. My 290 has been running fabulously. I have no complaints. This is the deal of the decade if you ask me. (this coming from someone who loves Nvidia cards)

Mines still stock and is gonna be for at least a month or two. Gonna run her hard 24/7 and see if she holds up. If she does, she's going under water.

These cards are great, and a bargain... Make no mistake about it.

That voltage seems far too high for that clock, with +100mV i can get nearly 1190 out of mine

Nope, I haven't had this issue since Beta 9.2 drivers. With beta 9.5 and the latest drivers my game is running flawless now.

Not really. Wont work worth a crap with these cards IMO. Absolutely no cooling at all to the front 3 VRM's.

All the sudden I'm getting a bunch of flickering blue pixels. I just uninstalled the drivers with DDU in safe mode, cleaned up with CCleaner, then reinstalled drivers and I still have them. Reset the card to stock clocks, is it dying?

This usually happens when memory is clocked too high or voltage starved.
