Knowing the kind of criticism BF4 is getting right now I wouldn't be surprised if its a game issue..

in my i7 as well. i unparked my cores and problem solved.

This is bad biggrin.gif I just want to push the card further and further biggrin.gif Cant settle with what I have ^^ Thinking of getting a custom loop some blocks and another 290 and see what I can get out of it, But I'm afraid my 4.5ghz 3570k is gonna bottleneck everything

hey widdle .. just know that if you have awesome overclockers - water or custom cooling will really set them free and open their legs... ie... if you can push really high frequency on the stock cooler and being heat limited, then a custom loop will let them roar...

however, you will likely find if you're finding your cards are maxing out in the 1100's with stock cooler with their max fan speed ... water will do little more than allow them to run cooler

worth considering your reasons for WC in that respect.. my cards are in a loop but i dont even worry with overclocking them .. too unstable for minimal gains...

I got an XFX 290 a few days ago, without going through this whole topic, is memory voltage linked to core voltage somehow?

Really effing annoying how I can't undervolt the core much before the memory starts crapping out...any hard mods for this out there? From what i've seen there's no chance of a software solution on the reference boards.

Was thinking of a custom loop to get everything to run cooler, and is my cpu bottlenecking my current rig? 3570k at 4.5ghz mellowsmiley.gif Want to get another 290 and a custom waterloop, is it worth getting a 3770k or do i have to switch to a 2011 cpu?
