You arent going to get 37c max on a 290x with standard ambient temps. That includes a range, obviously.

Now on my highly OC'd 7950 I rarely saw it hit 40c, actually just about never. And that was with a copper shim, so two layers of thermal paste between the chip and block. However this card seems to push toward 50c under extreme loads like OCCT. Still gets to mid 40s gaming. I suspect a thermal paste issue, but the loop is not lacking in any department.

Watercooled by NZXT Kraken x40 and G10 bracket.

Apparently I am getting abysmal memory overclocking. :|

Without getting any weird graphical glitches and running stable for a couple benchmarks on valley I have my 290x from sapphire sitting at 1175/1450 Core/Mem and my VDDC set to 131. Runs stable and the custom fan profile I have setup never really lets it get above 80C in games and over 60% fan.

I'll most likely buy a Nzxt Kraken setup for this beast.

I have a 3rd 290x arriving on friday. Will my corsair ax1200i be ok. I know my tri titans were pushing it to its limits. What other psu should I look at?

You dont even know how a loop work but youu doubt it. With a nova and 9 GT15s i have almost lower than 10C delta. Add 20C ambient and you have my load temps

Please don't even bother replying to me in the future. I've seen you around and you do nothing but try to condescendingly correct people every time. I am no water cooling expert since this is my first real loop but trust me when I tell you I don't need/want YOU in particular to teach me anything. I'd prefer to learn it on my own then from you.

I could quiz you on the stuff I am going to school for and make you look as dumb as you try to make me. Everyone is an expert in something.

I have a Ax1200 and with 3 r9 290's with z77 there was a good amount of room to spare. I think if your benching 3930K at 5ghz and trying to push all three cards to the limit. You will eventually hit a wall where your PSU won't be able to get any further. For 4.8ghz and every day medium OC gaming. You should never have a problem.

I used the same ax1200 with 3930K at 5.1ghz and three 7970's at 1320mhz/1800mhz. And I think I hit the PSU limit on those runs somewhere around 1315 core clock and 1.325v on the 7970's. But like I said it should be find unless your obsessed with breaking records.
