cool thx, took me a while to figure out that it actually just changes the cfg and then I have to start the afterburner and it will start with the desired voltage increase

you can actually use a bat file if you put this in it

CD C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner
MSIAfterburner.exe /wi4,30,8d,14
MSIAfterburner.exe

hmmm even with just +125mV according to gpuz the vddc got to 1.313 max and it will still artefact in game (not much, only once in a few mins) with just 1175 core, memory 1250

since I don't care about benches and just wanna get a stable oc for games I am not that happy

was kinda hoping for 1170-1200 on 1.25-1.30
asic is 71.5 and it's locked with elpida

The fact that that video looked like crap, and that we don't know any specifics means I'm not exactly impressed.

For the WORLD PREMIER BF4 Mantle showcase, you'd think they'd take more than 20seconds to show and explain why it's better. That vid showed no action, had drops to 50-70fps for no apparent reason, and then they tell you it was 45% faster..just take our word for it..

For something that should have been out by now, the lack of a thorough in-depth analysis of what to expect is disappointing.

I am not a hater by any means, but I do agree with ya. Why do companies not roll stuff out better than this? It should have been more in-depth like you said. at the very least you think they would have picked a smooth part to play so they didn't have the frame drops.

On the other hand if it was a single card, running it at 1440p or greater, than yeah that would be kind of impressive as it stayed locked >100fps most of the time, which is better than any other card by far. But since we don't know what res or what pc specs it's a useless video

Are any of you 290x owners getting strange CFX scaling if you don't put the power draw limit up to +50%?
Benchmarks seem fine but games show strange scaling (usage mismatch and poor fps scaling at random) in games. However, the experience is still smooth. (ULPS disabled)
Is my PSU enough for the sig rig?

GPU usage outside Mining is really off. I would not bother with it since even MSI does not got it right how R9 290X operate.

As long as I can play On ultra with 4xsmaa and HBAO without ever going below 60 fps I will be happy. So many times with my 290x I will dip to like 55-59 and I can notice it.

Sorry, do you mean the cards are off right now or MSI?
I was in Heaven benchmark max out using free camera. I parked up at the stone houses and the smoke chimneys. All was still (Other than the smoke). Here was my usage:

Can you see those small dips? See how the usage does not match?
