yup, uses the same heatsink as the sapphire 280x toxic which was 308mm, the tri-x 290/290x is exactly as you say 305mm

When you put it like that....NO, they will definately not have hynix memory! Miners, no need to pay attention to this card. It will be horrible for mining and will not make you any crypto currency!

I'm not being funny or anything, but my Sapphire R9 290X has Elpida memory and has managed to clock at 1500 stable and could still go go higher if I wanted too, understandably there were Blackscreen issues, but they can't be that bad?
I think most Eplida actually perform worse over 1500mhz - something about the memory controller/voltage. I know at 1600mhz mine scores lower.

Did a few test benchmarks to see if it wasn't DOA and mounted a EKWB waterblock + backplate on it. I just did a 15 minutes valley run and I do get the following temps:

GPU: 45°
VRM1: 51°
VRM2: 37°

The valley score was 2527 @ stock settings. I'll be overclocking in a few weeks. I will try the stock settings first for some time.

At idle the temps are around

GPU: 30°
VRM1: 25°
VRM2: 24°

Are these temps normal for a watercooled loop? I post 2 pictures to get an idea of my loop!

I am wondering. I only see gpu, vrm1 and vrm2 temps. I cant see the memory temps or am I missing something?

I didn't want to go over 1500 as I was already getting higher FPS with that so I thought it best to stay put

That's cuz mem temp and volts are not supported. Afiak mem temp has never been reported anyways as far as I can recall.

Ok thank you. Then I geuss there is no way to check if the memory is properly cooled. At least for the moment...
