When I try to run it the prompt just immediately closes, what would cause that?

Have you tried using Trixx? It allows +200mV standard.

That is a good one.

Yeah, because it was "designed" to run at 95 C and throttle lachen.gif

I have, but wouldn't it be better to use AB since it offers the unofficial OC methods?

I don't know. I've used Trixx and it seemed to work fine. I don't know what the unofficial overclocking mode does in AB though, I've never used it. Is it needed for Crossfire or something, or have I been missing out on something by not using it?

I'm getting two more 290X video cards, and was curious on what power supply I should go for, as I know the current PS that I have won't do the job.

I've slowly been upping the ante on both the GPU and APU for a few benches, trying achieve stablity.

So here is 3D Mark 11 with the 290X at 1179/1291 +100mv and Kaveri at 4.6 Ghz at 1.488

P9615
G: 15611
P: 4587
C: 4301

Kind of annoyed with GPU Tweak BTW. Even though I've flashed the ASUS bios for voltage control, it says it won't allow me to adjust my voltage since I don't have an ASUS card. I achieved the above bench using MSI Afterburner.

Considering my temps are amazing ATM (42C under heavy load tongue.gif) I really wanna attempt the mythical 1300 at 1.4v. Anyone else have these issues with GPU tweak?

With 4 x 290x people have had success using the Lepa G1600. I am using the EVGA 1300g2 with 3 x 290's and no issue.
