+220mV as in +220 offset? i used trixx and applied +200 offset for benching and gpuz showed 1.42v at load.

Just looked it up, all reference stuff fits between cards. thumb.gif

I just bought two used (1 month old, and tested working properly) XFX reference r9 290x's for $800 on craigslist. Both cards came with original box, all accessories, and unredeemed game codes.

I won right? Or was it just luke-warm?

You sure did good on that one. When you get the chance look at OP and submit the info needed to be added to the roster. smile.gif

Highly doubt it. I guess at some point all the miners will have had their GPU's and if sales slow down it may force a price drop again. Would like to see a 290X with non-ref cooling go down to $600.

Hi guys,

I'm in a pickle here - I've got the option to buy either 2x Gigabyte Windforce 290's OC or the powercolour PCS+ 290's OC. Can't decide as the reviews aren't out on the powercolour but they are exactly the same price and people have been raving about how good the cards are.

Which card is better??

Prices have gotten crazy. Look at Newegg, mid 700's now. Pure Greed.

Go away Miners! mad.gif

Hello,

I purchased two PCS+ 290's last week. Running very well and cool. Even the top card (crossfire) never gets above 88C and thats playing BF4 with Ultra settings and 4k resolution. thumb.gif

You need two for 4K resolution.
