Yes sir its excellent for low temps but be very carefull when applying it, I've never used it but I think you have to make sure it doesnt go anywhere else then the gpu die, also if someone else can verify this what I said that would be great The last thing I want to do is misinforming people.

Edit: Back then I went from 2500k @ 4.9ghz to 2600k @ 4.7ghz and still got more performance with the multi-gpu setup. Especially when BF3 came out.

yes the i7 does make a difference for setup with more than two gpus

Only lame thing that has sprung up since I started messing with the drivers is that now my headphones crackle when vsync is on. I use a soundblaster ZX with aurvana live headphones. I googled the problem for a sec and it seems pretty damn common. Is there anyway to fix it?

Super excited I got these synced up and working, I was looking at IVY-E mobo/proc combos. Saved myself $700 by installing the drivers right (not sure if I am happy about not getting buying a new processor though).

if you can get an i7 it will make big difference in fps with trifire....your i5 is kinda choking right now!! but it'll do for now thumb.gif

I actually used a needle nose pliers and gripped the outside of the screw from the top down. I tried a razor blade but I think the thought of that lol. Good thing I was to smart for them. Be really careful with the needle nose dont want to slip.

NP Lol i just laughed cause I had this problem just a few hours ago, figured I might as well be useful. FIY the tension on the screws (well on my card anyway) was so light it was incredibly easy. Just use a small needle nose to big and you run a higher risk of slipping which might not be bad....buuut it also could be.
