295x2 has crappy aio pumps, mac temp on asecrap pumps is 75 iirc, which is why 295x2 throttles at 75 or w.e. temps the pumps get damaged at
( sorry I don't keep up with asecrap specs, and I switched to open loop on my 295x2s like a week after getting them, basically after testing for doa )
Umm no devil 13 is an air cooled 295x2....
Max temp pumps has no correlation to max temp on GPU core, Just because your GPUs temp has a temp of 75c doesn't mean the water does. The devil 13 throttles at 75C as well just like the 295x2 which it is a non reference 295x2.
Where you came up with water pump stuff is beyond me and is very strange.
I will agree the asetek cooler is junk though, however as a card that has to be watercooled stock and not everyone has a custom loop they didn't really have much choice. There other option would be to air cool and have a big mess that is a the Devil 13.

And there is my point my CPU never does that in any game at all period.
However as I stated earlier DAI also seems to have some CPU problems imo so its a bad example for any CPU at all, even still that doesn't happen to me.
Mantle does not show gains for me, a FX8350 stock will bottleneck a r9 290x. I also run crossfire most of the time so again we have zero gains on mantle it is actually a performance loss. If it was this king thing you seem to think it is AMD wouldn't have wrote it off after a year lol.Edited by Cyber Locc - 2/4/16 at 10:58am
