I'm hardly an expert on custom water cooling but my first dive into it is with a 3930k and 2 EVGA GTX670s in SLI all water cooled. I originally had a XSPC RX360 radiator for the cpu and a single GTX 680 and it was Okay but pushed once you overclocked the cpu or gpu. I added a single 120 mm radiator to the inside rear of my case (CM HAF 932 Adv) and the tubing runs were tight but it helped. When I decided to go to the SLI set up (had the 670s in my 3770k rig and decided to move them to the 3930k rig and move the single gtx680 to the 3770k rig) I knew my radiator capacity, if OCing the cpu and or the gpus was marginal. The solution was mounting an external 360 radiator to the rear of my case using the XSPC mounting brackets. Was easy and gave me a lot of radiator capacity.

With the case you have, adding a custom water cooler will be tough if you keep the Corsair H80i. Plus you already will be spending some serious $$ for the custom water cooling.

I bought most of my custom water cooling items from FrozenCPU. Shop around but they are one of the biggest suppliers of water cooling items and pretty good on price. Use distilled water and the silver coil only. Best heat reduction. Coolants look neat but distilled water has the best thermals.

You could probably use only a single 360 rad for both the 3770k and the R9 290X but you would be close on overall thermals if you try to push the gpu on OCing. You could mount a 240 mm extra rad to the rear or buy a new case such as a NXTZ Phantom 630 which holds both a 360 and 240 mm rad internally.

Be warned, that custom water cooling will cost some serious jack AND once you start you'll want more radiators thus more space. I opted for an external mount of the second 360 rad. The internal options are much more expensive cases.
