p67a-c45 problem with new cpu

Thread Starter
hello everyone,

I have a p67a-c45 b3 motherboard by MSI and everything works fine with my old i3-2100 in it.

Once my i5-3570 is installed and ready to boot, nothing.

only 4 short beep from the speaker.

The only problem with my i3 2100 and mobo is this boot up code: 98 99 a3 b4.

Is it a bad motherboard or not to date bios?

You need to update the BIOS to support ivy bridge.
