Will the EVGA GeForce GTX670 2048MB max out Grand Theft Auto 4 and have great FPS?

I'm going to upgrade to both the EVGA GeForce GTX670 2048MB and intel core i7 3770 (non k version though)

Will the components I'm getting max out and run Grand Theft Auto 4 and or Episodes From Liberty City with no problems? And how much better is the 4GB model then the 2GB model? What FPS will i have? I want good FPS, like 40, 50 or 60. Not 25 or 30.

gta 4 is poorly optimized, even the most expensive of hardware will have varied results.
a 3770k and 760/670 @ 1080p will be just fine. the only reason to get the 4gb version is when you're running resolutions greater than 1080p.

Good luck. With my 3930k and SLI 780s I still get significant FPS drops and it's never very good.

Then again i think I remember hearing the game doesn't run too well with GPU's in SLI for some reason.
