In 3Dmark 11 the GTX 780 Ti is actually slower than GTX 780 GHz edition (0,13% difference) and R9 290X (0,82% difference). Of course these numbers are in the margin of error, but I thought it would be interesting to it mention. In Extreme profile results are similar, but R9 290X stays behind all GeForce GTX cards (but beating vanila GTX 780).

In 3DMark Fire Strike, the difference becomes more visible. The GTX 780 Ti is 2,4% faster than R9 290X and 18,9% faster than R9 290. All previous GeForce models are slower than GTX 780 Ti.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti will be released in two days for the price of $699.

Videocardz spends all day contradicting it's self. I'm convinced.

Wow it is even more underwhelming than the 5% over Titan clock for clock I was expecting.
If this is voltage locked it will be worse than a classy.

It's 192 cores over titan. The only way it will be a beast is if it get's badass VRM's & higher quality PCB. Meaning the ref model will likely be meh.

The classi iteration will be glorious.

Yeah I think so too. If we take the 780 Classified with 2304 cuda cores and see what it can do one can only imagine what a 2880 cuda core 780 Ti Classified could do. drool.gif

Most likely if you OC it 1.21 jiggawatts, it will tear a hole in the space/time continuum and go back to the year 1955 and AMD will never exist! biggrin.gif

Plenty of people with 6MP setups.
I use 4k uhd myself it isn't that expensive if you have the skills to make it 60Hz yourself

Could you explain how you did that? Im curious n_n

Replacing the transceiver board will get you a long way but eventually a better solution will be replacing the Tcon altogether.
Rozsnyo is also working on this he is really one of the best engineers out there, If I may say so.
