Fans advice for my project air

Hello to all guys, first of all sorry for my English is not perfect but I'm Italian and I'm using a translator, I hope you will understand everything
I would like some advice from you on what to buy fans for my case, I need 120mm and 140mm
my "project air" is this, I need as many as 21!

the case is a Rosewill blackhawk ultra and it is a case where I can put a lot of fans ...
the red arrows are 120mm, 140mm blue ones instead
the circles are the fans on the side door ... I can mount as many as 9 120mm
those who throw hot air out at the top are for a 360mm radiators in push pull
now I have to choose the best models of fans all places ... give priority only to the best quality fans, I have no problem of money I can spend
obviously have to have a good performance / noise (30dBA max) ... I will use a fan controller Lamptron fc5 v3 ...

for the fans at the top of the radiator I chose the Gentle Typhoon ap-15 ... for the rest I would like some advice from you, the fans on the side door they throw cold air into the case I thought of those models that push air alone in front of themselves, called "focused flow" or "air penetrator" ... to throw cold air in a more specific way on the components ...
the noctua unfortunately are too ugly ... and anyway I would prefer a little bit more powerful than these without sacrificing too much noise ...
what do you think of the models corsair high performance? scythe, noctua, silverstone? as you can see it is a great project!...

For 120mm fans the AP-15 are some of the best fans on the market. They are silent, reliable and got very good pressure!
So I would just buy more of them.

I don't use 140mm, so I can't help there sorry.

thanks for your reply, in fact I would have thought to take exactly the gentle typhoon ap-15 for the radiator push / pull up, but I do not know if they are also good for the side door ...

No worries. They are good anywhere really, so it's safe to use in all of the case smile.gif

I thought that the high static pressure fans were suitable only for radiators and heat sinks! smile.gif

And anywhere else there is resistance to airflow. Like grills, filters, HDD cages, cables, etc. biggrin.gif

what do you think? you can do better?

-Front(first layer) 2 x 140mm: Noctua NF-A14 PWM 1500/1200/300 RPM, 82 -68 CFM, 24,6 - 19,2 dB(A), 2,08 - 1,51mm H2O

 -Front(second layer) 2 x 140mm : Phanteks PH-F140XP 600-1200 ± 250 rpm, 40.9 - 85.19 CFM, 15.22 - 19 dB (A), 0.39 - 1.52mm H2O

 -Rear 1x 140mm : Phanteks PH-F140SP 1200 ± 250 rpm, 82.1 CFM, 19 dB (A), 1.33mm H2O

 -Top 3x 120 (radiator swiftech H320) : Gentle typhoon ap-15

-Side 9x 120mm : something with low static pressure, low noise, high CFM might be good?

-Drive bay 1 x 120mm : something with low static pressure, low noise, high CFM might be good?
