Need Help deciding what Graphics Card to get to give the ole' Compaq Presario additional life...

Hi y'all, I'm totally confused and don't reallly know where to turn so I thought maybe just throw my question out here.

I'm working with an older (2005 or 2006) Compaq Presario SR1930Z, running with 4GB RAM and Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. Athlon x2 4400 processor and NVIDIA 7500LE graphics card.

I'm using the old VGA monitor right now but want to get new monitor, in neighborhood of 27 to 32 inch that I can use with a new system. . . so that touch-screen stuff that Windows-8 is sporting now-a-days. What card should I be considering that will still enable this system to work on newer monitor? (and hopefully work with my old KVM VGA switch, if possible? I've replaced some bad caps on the mobo and the graphics card and everything seems to be working well, but would like to see if I can do anything about upgrading the graphics in it, most of the threads I found on this old card dated back to 2007-2010, I'm sure things may have changed and maybe there's a good alternative now that someone more experienced can recommend. It has an Asus A8N-LA motherboard and a newer power supply in it. (450 Watts).

Thanks in advance! redface.gif
