SLI not working, 2x GT750M, Lenovo y510p

Thread Starter
So I have Lenovo y510p with two GT750M gpu's, and the SLI shows "Enabled" in NVIDIA Control Panel, but the 2nd gpu is never put in use. GPU-Z shows 0% use on the 2nd card, and that is the case too, since the 2nd gpu is not even warming up. when running furmark. Furmark shows that SLI is enabled too. If I disable SLI and run furmark, i get exactly same framerate, and Furmark shows that sli is not enable, obviously. What I have tried already:

- Disable SLI
- Enable SLI
- Reboot
- Disable SLI
- Enable SLI
- Change monitor configuration (use only laptop display, use only external display, use both)
- Update drivers
- Reboot
- Disable SLI
- Enable SLI

With google I found a lot of threads regarding SLI problems, but all were Windows 8.1 related, and I have a fresh installation of Windows 8. This is actually the first time I have a SLI setup, so I am totally beginner in all SLI stuff, am I missing something here?

Seems like I solved it, somewhat. I installed the (old) drivers from lenovo site, those that were for "windows 7/8" and NOT for windows 8.1, and now SLI is working. rolleyes.gif
