PVC vs Tygon PVC - McMaster-carr

Thread Starter
I am interested to order from Mcmaster-carr. With my school I won't pay any shipping and the price online for primochill per ft is about 2+$.

http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=78758&vpn=PFLEXA10-34-R&manufacture=Primochill&promoid=1198

http://www.mcmaster.com/#standard-plastic-and-rubber-tubing/=p4c5te

I wonder if these tubing will be more resistant than the primochill pro lrt and advanced lrt.

There is also the tygon pvc but it is way way more expensive.

I have to flush my system and depending on the condition of the tubing, have to change it... I have some time now so I will do it this month. I am looking for a long-term solution.

Heard the Primochill is pretty good for the price. No idea on the Mcmaster though, never heard of those.

Tygon is expensive for a reason, it stays clear longer than any tubing I have ever tried and is also very flexible. It's really made for food/drink machines, so therefor the high quality.
