No Seasonic is not bad but they have messed up in the part and they are human so they dont deserve all the hype they get
In fact i feel they sell more on their name then on PSU quality which is not just wrong but dangerous
We very much appreciate the support provided by our customers even though we have had our missteps in our long history, we are, in the end, human. Nevertheless, we try our best to minimize these mistakes and we thank our supporters for staying with us, continuing to believe in us and trusting our products to power their valuable systems. Even the greatest companies of our times haves their ups and downs but what is important is how we resolve our issues and how we support our customers who were negatively affected, and to that, I hope we have not come up short.
The bulk of our budget is put into product design, development and manufacturing as this has been and always will be, our core identity. Sea Sonic was founded by engineers and to this day, it is led by engineers. The amount of money spent on marketing is in fact, very small compared to that of our total budget and compared to that of partners' and competitors' marketing budgets. Much of our support derives from word of mouth and recommendations such as from the supporters in this forum.
There are many facets to our business and can easily be misunderstood. I have had multiple discussions with Phaedrus in the past years and I think we now have a very clear and excellent understanding of each other's positions and see eye to eye.
