I only put one rad in 240mm up top as a intake. You can see my build here http://www.overclock.net/t/1435996/first-time-water-cooling-build-log
You could dremel the top of the 650d to fit a 360mm rad but i didn't want to risk it.

Very nice, I've always wanted to setup a water cooled rig.

I will definitely be putting my GPU in the loop.

Decided to set up my own loop currently deciding between these two Res with the mcp655
