I gave up dealing with NCIX after placing a pre-order on a Titan in March. They advertised a price with no cards in stock, I ordered because it was decent. Two days later, with no cards in stock yet, the price dropped $40. I opened a ticket and was told no they wouldn't update my price. So I canceled.
My go to is now memory express. They paid shipping both ways for my Classy rma. I was impressed enough I bought my new board, 4770k and PSU from them and I used price match. Their price match took no time at all, ordered sunday night and shipped monday. NCIX has taken 3 days to verify a price match every time I've used them for it.
