Crossover 27QW

Hey everyone.

I received my Crossover 27QW and I love it - but I seem to have a unique problem.

The display is red.

I've tried new cables. DVI-I provides a correct colour but bad GPU scaling so the text is all warped.

HDMI to DVI-D does nothing - it only recognizes one DVI output on my graphics cards. I'm fairly certain its not a problem with my graphics card.

Please see the attatched pictures...

hand and bottle to compare the redness - and steam overlay which you know should be black.

a movie title which should be dark black with only the logo.

Resolution is fine with no dead pixels or back light bleeding. Anyone know what to do? Could my red capacitor within the monitor be bust?

Got a picture when you attach via DVI-I?

Hi I managed to fix the problem by bending the DVI-D Cable as I placed it into the monitor, apparently some of the pins weren't touching. Thanks for making me change the cable over Kevinsbane!

I'm interested in the 27QW as well. Do you know what is the difference between 27QW and the 27Q?

Thanks

27QW is supposed to be Slim AH-IPS. Also it has 420 cd/m2 instead of 380 cd/m2 brightness.
