Asrock Z87 killer is ATX, not mITX. The Asrock z87 mITX board doesn't have WiDi or the dual NICs. I'm just wondering if spending ~$33 is worth it to get a Z87 board instead of H87, as well as the 4670K vs 4670. While I would probably OC the 4670K if I went that route, am I going to notice any improved performance in a game (such as BF4) with the 4670K at a little higher clock (say 4.0GHz vs stock 3.4GHz)? Sure, benches will be higher, but gaming is probably the most intensive thing I will do on here. Other than gaming, it will be used for tasks such as MS Office, RDP/SSH Connections, web development, and FTP. I will have 3 monitors connected (currently Dell 20", but may be replaced in 1-2 years), and would like to use WiDi to a ~30" TV I would like to put in my office to stream movies/TV to, from time to time.
I sold my old PC for $650 and can build a working PC (much better) for ~$500. Later I would add another matching DIMM ($60), 2 120GB SSDS (~$250), and a GPU (~$300-400). Overall, it will be a ~$1400 build or so (various things also added such as better thermal paste, CLC, possibly replace case fans, etc).
