oh dammnit thats why. I have the Front panel thing that lets you hook up like a million things. That probly why i was having problems i have about 4 things hooked up to the front panel that must have been sucking up lots of power.

The Big, boxy thing that doesn't fit inside your computer. You only need power to the card if you have one of these. If you have the other front panel thing, make sure it has power. Its got its own power connector.
