I get BAD_POOL_CALLER BSOD after a round of Battlefield 4

Thread Starter
I'm sorry for not posting my BSOD logs, but it requires a password and I can't seem to find one. I hope this info will be enough for someone to help me.

When I play BF4, and the map changes, the game freezes and I Blue Screen. This only happens on multiplayer when the map changes. I played singleplayer for 6 hours with out a crash. If a new round starts but its the same map (even different game mode) I don't crash. My friend is also having this problem. We both have an i5-3570k (neither of us OC) and we both have a 7xxxx series AMD card. I have tried under clocking my GPU by 50 MHz, that didn't help. I don't want to boost my CPU voltage since I have never done that and can't afford getting something zapped.

Note: This has never happened on any other game (including BF3) and when I run a GPU stress test, nothing fails. I stay under 70c

System specs:

OS - Windows 8.1
Bit - x64
I reinstalled to Windows 8 a month ago, and upgraded to 8.1 like normal
OS is OEM copy from Microsoft
Age of System: Built in January 2013. Upgraded HDD this month.
Age of OS: Reinstalled last month, upgraded to 8.1

CPU: i5-3570k
Video card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/?cid=1&gid=3&sgid=1159&lid=1&pid=1452
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z77X-D3H
Power Supply: Corsair CX500

Here are my Catalyst control center settings/info http://i.imgur.com/Rhhyf4m.png I was on 13.11 for the BF4 beta, but decided to back to 13.10 to see if that fixed the BSOD (it didn't which is why I'm posting this)

seems to me a couple of people are getting this and it is windows 8 related. but some people have also got it on win 7 so im really not to sure.

As far as I can see there is no definite fix for it from what I read after seeing a couple people getting this error. hopefully someone can chime in with some tips, but I have found nothing.

I just wanted to let you know this is a known Win 8/8.1 issue with Battlefield 4 and Radeon graphic cards. Proof, right from AMD's Catalyst team:

https://twitter.com/CatalystCreator/status/395257290107801600

My system specs:

OS - Windows 8.1 Pro x64, fresh upgrade from a ~8mo old Win 8 Pro new install.
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.83 GHz @ stock
Motherboard: DFI LanParty DK X38-T2R
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 6870 1GB Black Edition 940/1150
RAM: 4 x 2GB Mushkin Ascent DDR2-1066
Sound card: HT Omega Claro Halo
PSU: Ultra LSP 550W
Primary Drive: Crucial M4 128GB
Secondary Drive: 3 x WD Blue 320GB in software RAID-5

Game is buttery smooth until round change. BSOD "BAD_POOL_CALLER" when loading new map.

It seems consistent across both EA and AMD's forums. I suspect a fault in Battlefield 4 since Nvidia users have begun getting the same error.
Some AMD users have reported that 13.11 beta drivers helped a bit. This is not consistent information though.
