[VideoCardz]GTX 780 Ti BIOS leaked, confirms 3GB 7Ghz mem, 875/928Mhz clock, and B1 GK110

Those GPU-z screenshots "leaked" from Chinese forums? Fake, obviously. VideoCardz has some confirmed information from the 780 Ti's leaked BIOS.
Quote:
Now let’s look at confirmed specs. The GeForce GTX 780 Ti is clocked at 875 MHz for base and 928 MHz for boost, the memory clock is 1752 MHz (7008 MHz effective). Card is equipped with 3GB memory across 384-bit interface. The GPU itself is Kepler GK110. The revision is B1, most likely GK110-400-B1 (400 if this is a TITAN refresh).

AMD took the crown of performance last week by launching Radeon R9 290X. NVIDIA cards with 384-bit bus look quite poorly compared to 4GB 512-bit card from AMD. Thus, the Green Team decided to pump more power to the memory by installing 7 GHz modules. This way GTX 780 Ti will have 16GB/s higher bandwidth than R9 290X. Is this enough to compete in 4k gaming? Time will tell.
Quote:
While the TITAN was a bridge between GeForce and Quadro cards with much better 64-bit floating point performance (every SMX had 192 FP32 and 64 FP64 CUDA cores) the GTX 780 Ti will feature less FP64 CUDAs. The GTX 780 Ti is definitely more gaming oriented, so it is an obvious and unsurprising move.

The only thing not yet confirmed is the number of cores. If you know how to read CUDA cores from a BIOS, VideoCardz wants you to contact them.

3gb, still enough for BF4 @ 4k and 4xMSAA

You'd need 3 780 Ti's to enjoy it though....

Well OP is a boss, he already has a 780 ti apparently.

Why post leaks when we can ask him.

More like consumers will never learn. They can keep throwing out crippled cards and just add a little more every time and people will gobble them up.

It's called business.

It's called business.

Absolutely.

Early adoption comes at a price.
