I don't see 4K catching on until both 60Hz+ TVs/computer monitors and GPUs that drive it reach ~$400. We're getting there on the GPU side (R9 290 / GTX 780 can do it with lowered settings) but not on the monitor side. They need to knock off a digit off their prices to have market penetration.
