Should disable my OC while doing a fresh OS install on a new HDD ?

I've got a good 4.5GHz OC currently with my 2500K. I'm keeping all my specs the same I'm just getting a new HDD. Should I disable my OC while installing my OS and all my drivers ?

If it's been proven stable then it's not a big deal.

Otherwise, it's a good idea.

How long did you run P95 for? If its 100% stable then its fine to install the OS with your OC

You can keep all your voltages and other settings just lower the processor and ram to default specs. Install the OS and drivers and get your OS back to the way it was customized. If you were gaming, install all the games and while you're at it install all the other apps you had before, then once you've ran your games or whatever a few times bring it back up to your previous overclock. I wouldn't install on an overclocked system
