Sapphire Vapor-X R9 280X OC Edition - Grey Screen in BF4

I bought this card the other day and it is an outstanding card no arguments about that.

However upon playing Battlefield 4 for a couple of minutes my screen will turn grey (sometimes black) with vertical lines down it (sometimes blue/red/green) this seems to only happen in BF4 though from what I can gather most other games run fine.

The card is clocked at 1070/1550 and the Default Core Voltage is 1200 with Memory Voltage of 1500 I read on these forums that Sapphire ship the cards as 1500 Memory Voltage but with a 1550 memory clock this voltage is to low.

I changed my Memory Voltage to 1600 and this seems to resolve the issue however I am a little worried about this causing damage to the card can it in the long run?
Also is it normal for the Memory Voltage (Not the Core Voltage) to always be at 1600 even the desktop (the Core Voltage does go into an ideal state)

I'm just trying to get around if I have a faulty card or if this is standard for the Vapor-x and BF4

Also if other people have had the issue maybe it will help them also.

Thanks OC!

Please list which driver you are using if any future card problems are to appear.
The latest beta driver... I think its beta 8 is suppose to help with some BF4 problems. If you do not have such yet installed do so and see if it helps any.

Yeah in that case wait would be my opinion until you are close to your return limit. Usually 30 days depending where you bought. They are putting drivers out pretty often so who know.
