Have you tried booting from the Windows 7 Profession DVD and doing a 'Startup Repair'?

Have you tested to see if it Bluescreen's in Safe Mode?

If you can get to the desktop I would try running SFC /scannow from an Administrator Command Prompt. I have my doubts it will complete in 6 minutes however.

Well hopefully someone else can chime in and help, I would try to isolate if it's a hardware or software issue. I don't suppose you have any Linux Live DVD's laying around? Not sure the 'Startup Repair' option on the DVD stresses the computer enough but try hanging out there for a while to see if it ever locks up when booting off the DVD.

Some other things I might try:

I'd try setting any overclocks on your CPU or GPU back to stock, might not be a bad idea to clear the cmos and re-setup your devices.

Since you seem to think it's SSD related: Try changing the SATA port the SSD is on. Check your SATA cables, maybe switch the SSD cable with the DVD cable.

Without dumps I cant say anything for sure.
But now its 0xf4 so open up your case, take the CMOS battery out for a few minutes. Put it back in.
Report back if it solves the problem or no.

Actually it's also sometimes due to your switch of primary drive and you have to reset the bios by removing the battery. Well atleast when you get new ssd, if it happens again, you know what to do. biggrin.gif
