Issue with uPD720210 Renesas USB 3 Hub and mouse/keyboard issues?

So recently I purchased a Z87-UD3H motherboard that has a renesas USB 3 hub for the back ports and I'm getting an issue where my G500 logitech mouse will keep disconnecting for about a second every 10-15 seconds. And sometimes I can see the LEDs turn off on the mouse as well. So it's losing power all together. So I was googling around for a solution and found people with a similar issue and boiling down to it being a problem with the renesas usb 3 hub firmware, causing mostly logitech devices to disconnect every few seconds.

So I don't know where to go from here, as I've tried looking around for a firmware update for the Renesas uPD720210 USB 3 hub. If anyone has a solution, it would be greatly appreciated. Because my only work around right now is using the front panel usb 2 ports with a back plate.

Zero mice on the market work properly with USB 3.0 ports. They all have higher latency and feel way off from USB 2.0 ports. Plug it into a USB 2 port and disable USB3 in the BIOS if you don't actually use it. Click the link in my sig to see what to do.

I have already tried disabling usb 3 and any other those extra usb features through the bios, but it seems you have a really detailed guide on a bunch of stuff i should try besides that. Thanks I'll look into it thumb.gif
