I currently have a MSI Nvidia TF N760 2gb card. I wanted another card for SLI but i'm unable to find another MSI card either in local market or online. Can I get a Asus 760 DCUII 2gb for SLI ? Would there be temparature problem ?

Yes you can SLI 2 different brands of the same model. Yes, if your case does not have enough airflow, then you might have higher than normal temperatures as the non-reference cards dispose hot air directly into the case and the temps inside the case usually tend to be higher in these situations with non-reference models.

Yup correct non ref SLI temps tend to be higher. Read a review of MSI N760 TF SLI where the second card temp goes up by 20C.
