Noted. And especially in a market where it seems like service should be an even higher weighted priority, this is discouraging.

I got the board right after that last email. sorry bout not updating guys. smile.gif

These companies are really pissing me off. Bought 4 Gigabyte 270's recently and 2 were defective. But I will say they did not give me a issue with RMA's. Although thier QA dept is crap. I just called today and asked why a board that had been repaired 4 days ago hadn't shipped yet and apparently the repair center does a burn in period. W0w who would of thought 1960's QA practiced could be used today! To bad they don't do a burn in period at the manufacturer before shipping. I think the bean counters figured out it's cheaper to ship everything and deal with those they can't shrug off. Similar to every company releasing Beta software and expecting paying customers to test it for them. No pride left. Truly a sign of the times.

Damn! didn't expect this to turn into a rant. smile.gif

I'm getting cranky in my old age. tongue.gif
