What is Raptr? Is it safe?

Hi all

just about to delete some unused programmes on windows 7 and noticed a programm called Raptr. It doesnt have any information about it, anyone know what it is? Does it need deleting?

It's part of AMD's Gaming Evolved now. Comes with the drivers. Their answer to GeForce Experience.

its a program that tracks your game time and achievements on a leaderboard. I use it, its perfectly safe.

Raptr just tracks your gaming activities and post it on the website.

Perfectly safe. Sometimes you can get rewards for completing a couple tasks

ah no worries, thanks guys. I figured it had something to do with AMD since ive only just reinstalled windows and its appeared.

In my case it wasn't safe.
Running an Intel-based Asus P8Z68 motherboard with the latest bios and drivers (as of 6/2014) with Win7-64, it consistently went to bsod when put into sleep mode. Removing Raptr - installed when I updated Radeon HD6000-series driver - solved the problem.
