I am in process of speeding up my i5 650, which is currently running at 4.5GHz @ 1.41V Vcore, and I didn't try a lower voltage yet. At 1.41V (+0.160) it seems to be stable, did a Prime95 Blend test for 2 hours with no errors or crashes, I will also try at the next lower value (+0.140), which is 1.39V, but I'm afraid of it not being stable.

If I can't stay with 1.39V, will 1.41V be too much for the CPU and possibly reduce its lifespan, even within safe temperatures? At this speed, it only goes over 65ºC when stress testing.

And yes, I know that Intel says the limit for this CPU is 1.4V.
