That is it based on Bulldozer OPN.

Also given AMD's history with engineering samples is that the clocks are lower than final production parts will be. I think this has to do more with vendors to make sure all their products will run fine with the new chip for the sake of a stable test platform, rather than AMD juicing up the CPU to max and passing it out.
