New GPU and issues with drivers (MSI GTX 770)

Hi guys.
Today my new GPU has arrived.
I have replaced my old GT9600 with it, installed new drivers and weirds stuff is going on a bit right now..
Before installation everything was like always with new GPU, low resolution, few colors etc.
After restarting my windows somehow wanted to check the C: disk, after loading system somehow it freezed, black screen, monitor turned off.
I've tried restarting it few times, same thing.
Uninstalled newest drivers from nvidia site, and everything was fine just like before installation.
After that i tried to install drivers from CD, but same story.

What can be wrong?

Same thing, but the problem is solved now.
My PC was doing "Aero Test" for few minutes after booting up, after that time everything runs perfect.
I didn't even know that aero needs testing. Windows will never stop surprising me...
