Hello, I have had this issue ever since I got the computer. I should've just sent it back, but I was short on communication devices and have just stuck with it and managed work arounds.

The main issue here is what the topic explains, my laptop just turns black after anything from 3min-2hours and after a brief delay the sound twitches, and the only thing I can do is to manually hold the power button to turn it off.

The workaround I have managed to get is to just clock my core clock and memory clock using "MSI Afterburner" down a whole lot, which really ruins the fun factor, resulting in much lower FPS.

Temperatures on both cpu and gpu around these times are normal. It shouldn't be the issue anyways, seeing that the freeze time is 'completely' arbitrary.

This issue has haunted me for a long time (around two years). But this time I'm hell bent on fixing the issue, or atleast know the source of the issue.

At the moment I'm thinking the GPU voltages might be a source to the problem. But, I can't seem to be able to adjust them with MSI Afterburner, even after fixing the "UnofficialOverclockingMode = 1" in the .cfg file, and checking to unlock control and monitoring for voltage in MSI Afterburner.
