EDIT: Dat memory bandwidth doee
memory bandwidth is where it's @, at least from my understanding, of course you need the proper Core clock to really take adv. of it right? correct me if I'm wrong please, still in the learning curve w/ GPUs (and comp. in general I suppose but aren't we always going to be there??)

Couldn't agree more, more OC headroom from what I've heard but then again I'm somewhat of a rookie when it comes to OC'in gpu's and honestly gpu's in general=( I just go off based what other's tell me and the benchmarks

Now this is completely personal taste imo (besides the overall quality of the chassis & the fact that it should fit your GPU of course) but I have to have a sidewindow to look @ them sexy internals!!! Personally I'd go with one of the 3 I'm linking, they're roughly within $5-10 of your budget and all have a nice sideview & decent reviews (from reputable vendors of course, Thermaltake being one I've personally dealt with and have had good experience.)
- one for a more reserved taste, yet still show's off the goodies;) $45 flat including shipping
(if you like the look of that one here's a snag for a refurb. unit, I've personally never had problems with refurb. units from newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146115
$30 flat incl. shipping)
for the one who likes a white tux $48.98 w/ shipping incl. $38.98 w/ MIRebate
& if you like the same chasis in black, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133190
($54.99, a bit more exp. and has no rebate)
I know a lot of us here are big on PAY FOR PERFORMANCE NOT PERIPHERALS! but personally I love looking @ my computer and want to be proud of the aesthetics as well, it's something I'm very passionate about and I love the fact it gets my d*** hard every time I look at it lol, I honestly catch myself just looking at the beauty I've created and stare in awe... like I said, personal taste but I find it worth every penny for the skin my components sit in.(besides that I love the compliments I get from anyone who comes by and sees muh bebe)

But with today's games at 1080p, there's really no logical reason to buy them...
What do you mean by games @ 1080p don't need the 3gb of vram? I'm no expert on how resolution directly correlates with the amount of RAM needed to process a game, would like some insight on this if you could shed some light plz:D
